Car Audio is Cool!

There's nothing like driving around listening to just the right song at extreme volume.

Since I'm a poor college student, I can't have exactly what I want, but I think I've done well with what I have to work with.

My car is a 1992 Saab 900 Sedan. It's not too fast, or too big. It doesn't get terribly great gas milage. It handles fairly well. It also has a nice, shiny paint job.
My head unit is a JVC KD-SH9750 CD/MP3 player. It has a nice dot-matrix display, which supports custom images for power-on, power-off, and for specific CDs. I have used this feature to create custom graphics when the unit turns on and shuts off.
I have subs mounted in the trunk, which are both driven by a JL Audio 500/1 Digital amp. This is a pretty nice amp, with many useful features and an elegant design. I've never seen it overheat and I play it loud. This, along with a Pyle amp which isn't worth mentioning, are mounted on the back of the rear seat, invisible from the outside of the vehicle.
These are my subs, mounted in a sealed enclosure. I designed the enclosure myself to fit well in my trunk using a program called BassBox (a nice program). I also built the thing, using some kind of Fibreboard (not Medium-density or MDF, which is what I really wanted...).
